Duchess & Butler is a result of the dedication of Maria-Antonia Almeida who has over 20 years experience in production, commercials and event planning and was a formidable force in her previous role as Creative Producer working for internationally renowned brands such as Rolex, Peroni and Disney on market defining campaigns. Having moved to Event Production, Maria-Antonia carved out a niche for design defined weddings and logistically challenging events and it was then she spotted a gap in the market.

Duchess & Butler launched in 2015 and was the first company to bring the art of “tablescaping” to the UK to remedy the “Pinterest Blues” that was synonymous with the market at the time. As the original tablescaping company we took a leap of faith in launching a company focusing solely on the art de la table, starting out with a few key pieces from Maria-Antonia’s garage at home. What followed was organic growth, shaped by an authentic devotion to giving clients the most differentiated experience and table design options for any gathering. Fast forward ten years, and we now have over 126,000 pieces in our inventory, a fleet of vans and a wonderful team who collectively insist on the highest level of service ensuring our client’s experiences are the gold standard of tablecaping. The dining table is, after all, where guests spend most of their time during weddings and is the biggest canvas on which you can bring in your styling at any event.
